Frontier Signal Games operates Treasure Master: Idle RPG. This policy explains how we and the services included in the game handle information. The data involved depends on your game version, platform, features, purchases, sign-in choices and permissions.

The updated game does not display third-party rewarded ads. It includes TikTok advertising measurement and Unity purchasing services. Advertising measurement concerns promotions for Treasure Master shown outside the game; it is separate from serving ads inside the game. Earlier versions that included rewarded ads are described below.

Information handled by the game

• Account and sign-in information: an automatically created guest account ID; your selected display name and avatar; and, if you choose email, Google or Apple sign-in, the account identifiers, name and email information provided for that sign-in. Apple may provide a private relay email. We use Firebase Authentication to manage credentials and account access.
• Gameplay and social information: saves, progress, inventory, currency, equipment, pets, skills, Battle Buddies, cards, research, ascensions, battle results, tower records, league rankings, guild membership and messages, world chat, reports and block settings. If an age-eligibility check is shown, the game stores the eligibility result, rather than asking for a full date of birth.
• Purchase information: product IDs, transaction references, purchase and restoration status, and purchased entitlements needed to deliver items and avoid duplicate rewards. Apple and Google process store payments. We do not receive your full payment-card or bank-account details.
• Technical and service information: app and device versions, device model, operating system, language or region, installation and session identifiers, network information such as IP address, country or approximate region, and diagnostic or performance information handled by the services described below. Country or approximate region does not mean the game requests your device's precise GPS location.
• Support information: messages and information you choose to provide when contacting us or reporting a problem.

How information is used

We use this information to run the game, save and sync progress, authenticate accounts, provide social features and rankings, process purchases and restore eligible ownership, prevent fraud and duplicate rewards, investigate abuse, provide support, and understand reliability and service usage. Limited advertising-measurement information is also used to understand which promotions bring players to Treasure Master and improve those campaigns.

Services included in the game

• Google Firebase: account authentication, cloud saves, database storage and server functions for gameplay and social services. Information associated with your game account is sent to these services to provide the features you use. Google Privacy Policy.
• Apple App Store and Google Play: payment processing, store-account ownership and purchase restoration, under the applicable store's terms and privacy practices.
• Unity and Unity In-App Purchasing: the game engine and purchasing integration. Purchasing services can process installation, device and session identifiers, app/device information, country or region, purchase attempts and transaction status, and related diagnostics for purchasing, service analytics and fraud prevention. On iOS, this can include the identifier for vendor (IDFV). These services are distinct from TikTok, and their necessary purchasing/service processing is not disabled by declining TikTok tracking. • TikTok App Events SDK: installation/app-open attribution and measurement of advertising for Treasure Master. It can process device or installation identifiers, app-open/session events, app/device/network information, attribution signals and related diagnostics. See the platform-specific controls below. TikTok measurement and your choices

iPhone and iPad

The updated game requests Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission before initializing TikTok's direct event reporting. If permission is granted, TikTok may receive device identifiers, including the advertising identifier where available, and app activity to measure our advertising and reach interested players. The game does not initialize that direct SDK reporting when permission is denied or restricted. If permission is revoked in iOS Settings, direct reporting is disabled when the game returns to the foreground. You can change this choice in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Apple's privacy-preserving aggregate install attribution, such as SKAdNetwork, can operate separately without that permission. Declining tracking leaves the game playable and does not turn off account services, purchases or all service diagnostics.

Android

The updated Android integration disables TikTok's collection of the Android advertising ID and enables TikTok Limited Data Use. The application does not request Android's advertising-ID permission for this integration. TikTok can still receive installation/session identifiers, install-referrer information, app-open events and technical/network information. Limited Data Use and disabling the advertising ID do not mean that no data is collected or sent to TikTok. Android does not present Apple's tracking-permission prompt.

Our TikTok integration disables automatic purchase reporting and enhanced UI/text/click/resource reporting. We do not deliberately send your chat text, email, selected player name or Firebase account ID to TikTok. This does not mean that other services, including Unity purchasing, process no purchase or device information.

Earlier versions with rewarded ads

Some earlier game versions included Google AdMob rewarded ads and Google's advertising-consent tools. Those versions may process advertising identifiers, consent choices and ad-interaction information according to their permissions and Google's practices. The updated game uses a disabled-ad service and does not show those rewarded ads. This earlier-version description is not a statement that the updated game includes AdMob.

Public features and sharing

Your selected name, avatar, guild, rankings, tower records, profile statistics and equipped items can be visible to other players. Chat and guild messages you send are shared with their intended player audience. Do not put private information in public names or messages. Reports and account/support information are not intended as public profile fields.

We disclose information to the providers needed for the functions and measurement described above, and when needed for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention or support. TikTok measurement may associate device/activity signals with its advertising data. We do not sell personal information for money. This statement does not mean that no advertising-measurement data is shared with TikTok.

Retention and deletion

Gameplay and account information is retained while needed to provide the game and your account, or for support, security, fraud prevention, legal obligations and disputes. Providers may retain information under their own policies. We do not promise one fixed retention period for all data.

You can use the game's Settings > Account deletion action to request deletion of the current game account and its associated backend data. You may be asked to sign in again to verify ownership. You can also request deletion or ask about particular information by emailing frontiersignalgames@gmail.com; include your player ID if available, but never send a password or payment-card details. The account-deletion page provides another route to request help.

You may also email us to request deletion of specific data, such as your chat messages, without deleting your game account. We will verify ownership and explain any records that must be retained.

Deleting a game account does not delete Apple's or Google's store purchase history or automatically obtain a refund. Eligible store ownership may still be restorable. Some transaction, security or legal records may need to be retained. Deletion requests concerning a provider's own records may also require contacting that provider.

Children, security and international processing

Treasure Master is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Age-based social-feature restrictions do not mean that every service or diagnostic collection is disabled.

We use access controls and encrypted connections for game services, but no system is completely secure. Providers may process information in countries other than your own, under their applicable safeguards and privacy terms.
