Players may request deletion of their Treasure Master: Idle RPG account and associated game data by contacting Frontier Signal Games.

How to Request Deletion

Email us at frontiersignalgames@gmail.com with the subject line: Treasure Master Account Deletion Request.

Please include any information that helps us identify your game account, such as:

• Your in-game display name
• Your Player ID, if visible in the app
• Your clan name, if applicable
• The platform you used, such as Android or iOS

Delete Specific Data Without Deleting Your Account

You may also email us to request deletion of specific data, such as your chat messages, without deleting your game account. Use the subject line Treasure Master Data Deletion Request, identify your account as described above, and tell us which data you want deleted. We will verify ownership and explain any records that must be retained. Never send a password or payment-card details.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When your request is verified, we will delete or anonymize account-related game data we control, which may include:

• Game progress and save data
• Inventory, gear, cards, pets, upgrades, currencies, and rewards
• Public profile information
• Clan-related profile data
• Chat messages, reports, blocks, and moderation-related account records where deletion is legally and technically possible

Data We May Keep

Some data may be retained when required for legitimate reasons, such as security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, purchase records, or enforcement of our terms and policies.

Purchase records may also be retained by Google Play, Apple App Store, or other payment providers according to their own policies.

Processing Time

We will review deletion requests as quickly as reasonably possible. Some requests may require additional information to confirm the correct account before deletion.
